Founded in 2016, Small Cap Post, LLC is a WY LLC set up to operate a financial news and opinion publishing Web site with content delivered over the Internet. Our Service (as defined in “section 3”) reaches readers via e-mail and the Internet.

Small Cap Post, LLC reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your use of any portion of the Small Cap Post, LLC Media Network at any time for any reason in our sole discretion, with or without cause, without prior notice to you and without liability or further obligation of any kind whatsoever to you or any other party. Small Cap Post, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to any portion of the Services and, in some cases in our sole discretion, your membership to our Paid Services in the event you violate the TCS. In such case, you will not be entitled to receive a refund of any portion of the Paid Service fee paid by you.
